Reference Description
Obverse: A detailed left-facing portrait of Komitas Vardapet (1869–1935), the renowned Armenian composer, musicologist, and ethnomusicologist, known for his preservation of Armenian folk music. The inscription "ԿՈՄԻՏԱՍ 100" (Komitas 100) runs along the right side, commemorating the centennial of his birth.
Reverse: A stylized depiction of three Armenian women performing a traditional folk dance, their flowing dresses and synchronized movements capturing the spirit of Armenia's rural musical traditions.
