Obverse: Bust of Count Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov-Rymniksky facing right, wearing a fur-trimmed cloak. Inscription around: "ГРАФЪ АЛЕКСАНДРЪ ВАСИЛЬЕВИЧЪ СУВОРОВЪ РЫМНИКСКIЙ ГЕН: АНШЕФЪ." (Count Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov-Rymnik, General-in-Chief). Below, the engraver's signature: "С . L . F . | КОПИ . ПРЫТКОЙ"
Reverse: A wreath adorned with four oval shields, each inscribed with the names of key victories: "РЫМНИКЪ" (Rymnik), "ИЗМАИЛЪ" (Izmail), "КИНБУРНЪ" (Kinburn), "ФОКШАНЫ" (Focșani). Above, the inscription "ПОБЂДИХЪ" (I Conquered). Below, the years "ВЪ 1787.1789 И 1790 ГОДЂХЪ" (In the years 1787, 1789, and 1790).
