The St. John Chrysostom Church, is a historic Armenian church located in the Karaköy neighborhood of Istanbul, Turkey. The church was built in the 19th century by the Armenian community in the area.

The church is notable for its unique architecture, which blends Armenian and European styles. It features a bell tower with a distinctive conical dome, as well as intricate stonework and decorative elements.

Like many Armenian churches in Turkey, the St. John Chrysostom Church fell into disrepair and was abandoned following the Armenian Genocide in 1915. However, it was later restored and reopened for worship in the 1990s.
