Obverse: Two stylized doves in mirrored profile with gracefully curved necks, touching beaks in a tender gesture symbolizing love and union. The doves feature layered, ornate wings and are perched on decorative scrollwork, forming a balanced and intimate composition typical of Armenian artistic motifs associated with marriage.

Reverse: At the center is the emblem of Kirovakan (now Vanadzor), enclosed within a shield; the emblem features a stylized grape cluster beneath an arched motif, symbolizing local industry and cultural identity, with the city’s name ԿԻՐՈՎԱԿԱՆ inscribed directly below. Encircling the emblem are the Armenian inscriptions: ՔԱՂԱՔԱՅԻՆ ԽՈՐՀՐԴԻ ԶԱԳՍ / ԿԻՐՈՎԱԿԱՆ / ՆՈՐԱՊՍԱԿՆԵՐ, which translate to Civil Registry Office of the City Council / Kirovakan / Newlyweds.
