Awarded to Omer Tertian, administrator in La Roque-d’Antheron (a commune in the south France), for 10 years of service, 1922. CAISSE D’EPARGNE ET DE PREVOYANCE DES BOUCHES DU RHONE, turetted coat-of-arms over cornucopia and trident / LE CONSIEL DE DIRECTION DE LA CAISSE D’EPARGNE, À/ MR OMER/ TERTIAN/ ADMINISTRATEUR/ DEPUIS 1912/ LA ROQUE dANTHERON/ 1922 engraved within wreath. Edge: ARGENT 980. EF, in original case of issue, some edge marks.
