The Etchmiadzin Cathedral medal celebrates one of Armenia's most iconic and spiritually significant landmarks. Founded in the early 4th century by Saint Gregory the Illuminator, Etchmiadzin Cathedral holds the distinction of being the oldest cathedral in the world and the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
