The company is led by Joseph Nakashian, who embarked on his career in the jewelry industry in March of 1976. After accumulating over three decades of experience, he reestablished Jaguar Casting Company in 2005. The firm has since gained a reputation for high-quality casting, serving a diverse clientele across the United States and the Caribbean.
