Reference Description

Obverse: A stylized depiction of Mesrop Mashtots, the creator of the Armenian alphabet, standing before an ancient wall adorned with Armenian letters. At his feet is a lion, symbolizing strength and knowledge.

Reverse: A heraldic eagle with outstretched wings, clutching a symbolic element, enclosed within a circular border. The inscription "ՕՇԱԿԱՆ" (Oshakan) in Armenian, "OSHAKAN" in Latin script, and "ОШАКАН" in Russian encircles the composition, emphasizing the historical and cultural significance of Oshakan, the burial site of Mashtots.
