Bust of Iotape right, draped, diadem.
Rev. ΚΟΜΜΑΓΗΝΩΝ
Scorpion right in laurel wreath.
Portrait is clearly very different. Inscription seems more like on the later series. Note the letters C instead of Σ, as on the other examples.
