The “Wushu” silver collector coin has been issued by the Central Bank of Armenia under the international numismatic program “Art of Fighting”.
Wushu is a Chinese martial art. The basic moral principle of wushu - “stop conflict and settle peace”. Wushu is not only a fight training, but also serves the purposes of health, character development and discipline.
Wushu as a sport was developed in 1949. It consists of both full-contact and exhibition styles. Wushu is widespread and has become an international sport. Official World Wushu Championships are held every two years.
The coin issued with colored inks.
