Obv. Bust of Tigranes the Younger right, draped, wearing tiara decorated with a comet and tied with a diadem.
Rev. Tyche holding palm, seated right on rocks, river god Araxes swimming right below, M under palm, on right; on right downwards ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ; on left TIΓPANOY. No border.

This unique drachm appears to have been struck from 4 chalkous dies of the same series as Kov-129.
