AR tetradrachm, year IZ = 17 = 40/39 BC
Obv. Draped bust of Artavasdes II right, wearing a tiara decorated with a star, lappets folded up over forehead revealing an earring, and tied with a diadem. Bead and reel border.
Rev. Helios driving a quadriga left; above ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩN, below APTAYAΣΔEYΩ / ΘEIOV; monogram at left, all in wreath border.
