Reference Description
Obverse: Features a map of historical Armenia surrounded by a scene of mourning figures symbolizing the Armenian Genocide of 1915. The inscription reads ՄԱՐԴԿՈՒԹԻՒՆԸ ԹՈՂ ՋՄՈՌՆԱՅ ՄԵՐ ՆԱՀԱՏԱԿՆԵՐՈՒ ԱՐԻՒՆԸ ԴԵՌ ԿԸ ՄԽԱՅ ("May humanity not forget, the blood of our martyrs still smolders").
Reverse: At the center, a vibrant depiction of the Armenian tricolor flag is set against the iconic silhouette of Mount Ararat. Encircling the scene, the inscription reads, "Ես իմ Մասիս սառն եմ սիրում" ("I love my Masis mountain")—a line from the poem Mount Masis by Hovhannes Shiraz. Below it, the words "Իմ Հայաստան յարն եմ սիրում" ("I love my Armenia"), from the poem I Love My Sweet Armenia by Yeghishe Charents, further emphasize the deep connection to the Armenian homeland.
