Reference Description
Obverse: Depiction of the Yerevan Railway Station, a prominent Soviet-era architectural landmark in Armenia. The building is characterized by its neoclassical design, featuring a long colonnade and a central tower topped with a spire.
Reverse: The emblem of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic, featuring Mount Ararat with the rising sun, a hammer and sickle inside a star, and a wreath of wheat and grapes. The surrounding inscription reads "Հայկական Սոցիալիստական Խորհրդային Հանրապետություն" (Armenian Socialist Soviet Republic). At the bottom, the number "50" commemorates the fiftieth anniversary of the republic’s establishment in 1920.
